"Turn Up That Dial" is the tenth album by the Celtic punk band from Quincy, Massachusetts. The band's ninth album, "11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory", entered the US charts at number 8 in 2017 right at the time of its release.

Led by UK saxophonist, Dave O’Higgins, the idea came about when Dave performed at the 2018 Rochester Jazz Festival in New York with Italian drummer, Luca Santaniello. Doing a 2-tenor combo with the wonderful Max Ionata seemed like a perfect UK-Italian collaboration, and it was a sheer pleasure from the first note. The quartet was made up with UK virtuoso jazz organist, Ross Stanley. The session was 'live in the studio' and swinging hard: 5 originals by Dave, 2 by Max, a tricky blues theme by James Williams, a Dizzy Gillespie rhythm changes and an old Italian pop song!

The band is led by Milos Bosnic, doublebass and bass guitar player, whos idea was to gather a group of friends and record his first album. The overall sound is based on classical instrumental jazz-rock setting, while music represents a mixture of influences of various musical and stylistic genres. It is a consequence of a wide musical interest of author and his past experience in performing in different ensembles and diverse genres.

Soul Jazz Records are proud to present this new collection of music from the great Fashion Records, one of the most important and iconic independent reggae labels to come out of the UK, running from 1980 for nearly 20 years. In that time Fashion released hundreds of records that successfully reflected - and indeed set - the changing styles and perspectives of reggae music in the UK, from UK dancehall and lovers rock in the 1980s through to the mighty rise of jungle in the second half of the 1990s. While nearly all other UK reggae labels focused on releasing Jamaican music, from the early days of Island and Trojan in the 1960s, through Island and Virgin in the 1970s and Greensleeves that came up in the 1980s, Fashion’s focus was firmly on music produced in the UK. This unique British perspective shaped both lyrical content and musical fashion. And like all the great music labels, from Studio One to Blue Note, Fashion was able to create a significant roster of its own artists.
