Sky Dancing - Nada Masala Vol. 2 (2001). Sky Dancing - Nada Masala Vol. 2 is Dakini's second label compilation, the follow-up to Vol. 1, which has been the label's best-selling and most popular release so far. Vol. 1 quickly sold out its first and second pressings, and has now been re-released in the US and Europe on Milan Music/Universal, with an initial pressing of 20, 000 copies. Vol. 2 is eagerly anticipated. It has been one year in the making, and represents the cream of chilled electronica from around the globe (except Ibiza, thank you). No filler here. Every track is the best the artist can make, and the album is compiled to create a total trip through sound. Like the first comp., 'Sky Dancing 2' is a seductive collection of tribal beats, zen-dubs and ethereal grooves…
Sérgio Mendes & Bossa Rio's Você Ainda Não Ouviu Nada! (1964) is a true milestone in the evolution of Brazilian instrumental music post-bossa nova. Infinitely sophisticated, but still full of swing, Bossa Rio (Tiao Neto, bass; Edison Machado, batteries, Edson Maciel, Raul de Souza and Hector Costita, metals) deal here with the reinvention of bossa classics and original songs.

Peter Kuhlmann, aka Pete Namlook, founder of the FAX +49-69/450464 label, passed away unexpectedly in 2012, leaving behind an incredible catalog of hundreds of releases, composed by himself and/or collaborators from around the world, full of electronic music like no one had ever heard before. Namlook's passing is a great loss to the entire electronic music community and this is a tribute compilation worthy of recognizing the tremendous impact he had on the world of electronic music. The result is Die Welt ist Klang, consisting of 4 CDs of tracks from FAX +49-69/450464 artists, plus 4 CDs of tracks from fans, all housed in a handsome wooden box. Many of these tracks were written especially for this compilation, some are lost tracks which have never seen the light of day, while some have been previously released…
