While in pre-production, as well as post-production, director Peter Jackson documents and comments upon his filming process while doing the remake of King Kong. Showing his crew at work, solving creative problems with CGI effects and trying to figure out how to maintain the integrity of the new film, compared to the 1933 classic version, Jackson enlists creative input from stars like Jack Black and Adrien Brody who wants to do his own stunt driving in New York scenes.
