NOW That’s What I Call Music! announces NOW #1s to mark 70 years of the Official Singles Chart On Monday 2022 we will be celebrating 70 years since the first UK Official Singles Record Chart was published in the New Musical Express on Friday 14th November 1952. The Hit Parade. The chart is still published today as the Official Singles Chart Top 100.Over the next month there will be many features on this Blog about the 70 years celebration of the Chart.Our first article is about the compilation album NOW bringing out NOW #1s to mark 70 years of the Official Singles Chart.
