O Som do Silêncio (2019)

'Monkey See, Monkey Do' is the fourth studio album from Barcelona based internationally touring Alma Afrobeat Ensemble. This release is the natural evolution of Alma Afrobeat Ensemble's unique brand of modern Afrobeat, and their most complete, comprehensive and eclectic work to date. 'Monkey See, Monkey Do' combines all the elements of classic Afrobeat created by Fela Kuti and Tony Allen while maintaining the band's polyrhythmic musical style. The album was recorded, produced and mixed in Barcelona by Fernando Redondo and Aaron Feder.

OYC's first album of new material for ten years is out now. Titled "Sleepwalker", it was recorded live across Europe. The music forms the soundtrack to the film of the same name by Andrew Hulme. The music and images were conceived together and the resulting album is compiled from 24 performances spanning nine countries over two years. O Yuki Conjugate (OYC) are an English post-industrial/ambient musical group founded in 1982 in Nottingham by Roger Horberry and Andrew Hulme and still - intermittently - active today. Their music has been variously described as 'ambient', 'fourth world', 'ethnic', 'tribal' and 'dark wave'; the band prefer to call it 'dirty ambient'. They are currently in their fourth incarnation based around Horberry and Hulme. Previous members include Clare Elliot, Tim Horberry, Malcolm McGeorge, Dan Mudford, Pete Woodhead and Rob Jenkins, with Joe Gardiner contributing sax.

December 11th sees the release of “D.O.C. Deluxe”, featuring all the songs on “D.O.C.” plus six brand new tracks including the special duet of STING & ZUCCHERO singing the previously unreleased “September”.

O.R.k., comprising some of contemporary music’s most revered artists, have combined their creative forces once again for a new studio album; their first for the ground-breaking UK label Kscope; O.R.k’s Ramagehead will be released on 22nd February 2019. The band feature Italy’s celebrated vocalist, producer and award-winning film score composer Lorenzo Esposito Fornasari a.k.a LEF (lead vocals), King Crimson‘s Pat Mastelotto (drums), Porcupine Tree‘s Colin Edwin (bass), Marta Sui Tubi‘s Carmelo Pipitone (guitars); Ramageheadalso features a superstar collaboration in the form of Grammy Award-winner Serj Tankian of System of a Down, who is undoubtedly one of metal’s greatest and most renowned vocalists.
