In May of 2015, violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter gave a truly unique concert: rather than standing on stage in one of the world’s renowned well-tempered grand concert halls, she spent two evenings playing in a tiny graffiti-scrawled nightclub in Berlin. Recorded in front of a standing-room only audience, this new release includes popular works by Bach, Copland, Gershwin, Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi and many more. Mutter is joined by Mahan Esfahani, Lambert Orkis and the Mutter Virtuosi.

One OK Rock is a Japanese power pop/alt-rock band that draws on the sound of blink-182 and Foo Fighters. Following the 2013 release of Betty’s S.F. Blends, Volume One and their third full-length album, 2014′s Phosphorescent Harvest, Chris Robinson Brotherhood are back with an exciting double-LP: Betty’s Blends, Volume Two: Best From the West. Taking cues from Volume One, the CRB once again joined forces with Betty Cantor-Jackson, legendary archivist for the Grateful Dead, and allowed her to curate the new live album.

The ultra dynamic label Frontiers Music is excited to announce the release of the brand new IMPELLITTERI, the ninth studio album entitled “Venom” on April 17th in Europe and April 21st in North America… Ok, first I must confess that I’m a die-hard of this guitar-alien-hero and Italian-American shredding monster, hiding under the name of Chris Impellitteri and consequently, I'm a big supporter of his band, featuring as vocalist, the one and only Rob Rock (DRIVER/ex M.A.R.S./ex JOSHUA).Their latest masterpiece “Wicked Maiden” was one of my favorite CD of 2009, however, I will do my best to write an unbiased review and a fair evaluation useful for the non-guitar addicts.
