Greta Garbo appears here (in her second talking film) as an Italian singer who seduces a young priest into falling for her. She admits that she had been the kept woman of an older man, and when she returns to her former lover (to tell of her new love), her visit is misinterpreted by the priest as a liaison, prompting the priest to cast her affections aside. The film is told in narrative fashion, through the eyes of the priest when looking back to an early portion of his life.

Andreas se rend alors sur place et rencontre une charmante mais fort maladroite vendeuse en pâtisserie, Olympia. La jeune fille est traumatisée par un père outrancier. Elle n'est d'ailleurs pas au bout de ses surprises : à la mort de sa mère, elle découvre que Karen, une coiffeuse un peu inhibée, n'est autre que sa soeur.
D'autres personnes trentenaires interviennent à leur tour, toutes blessées par la vie mais motivées pour apprendre l'italien.

Three women and three men, all singles, with stressful or unhappy lives, register for an Italian course in a Danish village. The class serves as a way of bringing these various residents of the town, each of whom is dealing with loss or pain, out of their loneliness and into interactions with other people. When the teacher suffers a heart attack during class and ends up dying, the six classmates hold the class anyway and eventually take a vacation to Italy.

Set in Tuscany in 1936, this is the story of two lovers, Giovanni (Stefano Accorsi) and Maria (Maya Sansa). Their first meeting, as teenagers, was a brief infatuation in the seaside town of Livorno, but it isn’t until a chance encounter, years later, that their romance kindles. Giovanni, now settled in life as a bank worker with a wife and a young son, is transferred back to his hometown of Livorno, where he again meets Maria, who has always been in the back of his mind since their first encounter. They begin an affair, but the complications of their personal lives begin to take their toll on the relationship. Acclaimed Italian director Carlo Mazzacurati paints a bittersweet mural of an unbridled, passionate romance between two lovers ultimately destined to be parted.

Le jeune homme accepte et en tombe amoureux, s'attirant par la même occasion les foudres de Mrs Robinson. Cette dernière, folle de jalousie, décide d'empêcher leur union en proposant sa fille en mariage à un autre homme.

The Graduate (1967) is one of the key, ground-breaking films of the late 1960s, and helped to set in motion a new era of film-making. The influential film is a biting satire/comedy about a recent nebbish, East Coast college graduate who finds himself alienated and adrift in the shifting, social and sexual mores of the 1960s, and questioning the values of society (with its keyword "plastics"). The themes of the film also mirrored the changes occurring in Hollywood, as a new vanguard of younger directors were coming to the forefront. Avant-garde director Mike Nichols, following his debut success of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966) with this second film, instantly became a major new talent in American film after winning an Academy Award for his directorship.

This thriller stars Hong Kong actor Andy Lau as Wah, the getaway driver in a robbery attempt. When the heist goes bad, the gang takes a girl named Jojo (Wu Chien-lien) for their hostage. After they finally evade capture, the gang plans to kill her. Only Wah is against this plan and escapes with Jojo. The two go on the run from the criminals as well as the cops and realize that their only remaining option is to fight back against their pursuers. Although another film was marketed as Moment of Romance 2, and also stars Wu Chien-lien, it is not an actual sequel to this film.
