Lakeshore Records will release the first soundtrack album for the CBS All Access original series Star Trek: Picard. The album features selections of the original music from the first part of the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Star Trek: Discovery, Fargo, The Night Of, Legion, The Umbrella Academy), including the composer’s end title theme. Also featured are two tracks from Russo’s score for the Short Treks episode Children of Mars. The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 7 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Star Trek: Picard is created by Alex Kurtzman, Kirsten Beyer, Akiva Goldsman & Michael Chabon and stars Patrick Stewart, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway, Isa Briones and Evan Evagora. The series premiered last month with new episodes debuting every Thursday on CBS All Access.

Coming off the heels of pianist/composer Mathis Picard's new album Heat Of The Moment on La Reserve records, the Mathis Picard Trio (where Picard is joined by Savannah Harris on drums, Parker McAllister on bass, and a host of special guests) kick off their national release tour with a show in French expat Picard’s chosen hometown of NYC.

The third and final season of the American television series Star Trek: Picard features the character Jean-Luc Picard in the year 2401 as he reunites with the former command crew of the USS Enterprise (Geordi La Forge, Worf, William Riker, Beverly Crusher, and Deanna Troi) while facing a mysterious new enemy who is hunting Picard's son. The season is produced by CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout, Weed Road Pictures, and Roddenberry Entertainment, with Terry Matalas serving as showrunner.
