If you're into Hip-Hop, then this album is a keeper. It's not the stereo-typical gangster rap stuff, it's more about good beats and rhyming about things that you wouldn't be embarrased to speak (well mostly anyway). So if you're up for some quality hip-hop, check it out. Though I will say, if you dig it, his OLDER stuff with Mos Def & Hi-Tek is much better in my book.

In 2014, K'Valentine linked up with Javotti Media, a label owned by hip hop star Talib Kweli, and began to work on her third mixtape, Million Dollar Baby. Million Dollar Baby finds K'Valentine rhyming over tracks that are new as well as her versions of existing hits, giving the listener a well rounded perspective of a young lady that can lyrically spar with the best of them. You can also find K'Valentine's contributions to the world of music on Javotti Media's mixtape, The Cathedral, which placed K in the company of esteemed artists such as Big K. R. I. T. Joell Ortiz, Curren$y, NIKO IS and more.

The Magnet is the 2001 soundtrack to a movie directed by Kamel Saleh and Akhenation. A French movie released as Comme un aimant, the music was done by Akhénaton and Bruno Coulais, new material "from old school legends and hip-hop's hottest new artists". The old school artists were well chosen and as for the hip-hop, the only "hot" part comes from Talib Kweli. This is taken from a promotional CD so this doesn't have proper covers. This was released by OmTown, a division of Higher Octave.

Internal Affairs is the 1999 debut solo album from Troy Jamerson, better known as Organized Konfusion member Pharoahe Monch. This features the hit songs "Simon Says" and "Right Here". This was released by Rawkus.

Released on 15 January, 2016, .Paak (who is interracially blended as black and Korean) is getting a lot of critical attention for his styles, lyrics, and flows. This disc features guest appearances from Rapsody, Talib Kweli, Schoolboy Q, BJ The Chicago Kid, The Game, and a few other people.
