Long-lived punk band Toy Dolls formed in Sunderland, England in 1979. During the next 10 years the band underwent many personnel changes, but nonetheless many singles, an EP and 4 albums were released during that period and in 1984 the band had a Top 5 UK hit with a re-recording of "Nellie The Elephant."
Toy Dolls has continued performing throughout the years staying true to their original creative approach and changing their line-up numerous times. They are still going strong 25 years since forming in 1979!
