Am 13. Oktober 2016 haben Die Fantastischen Vier im Supersense -Palast des Analog-Spezialisten Florian Doc Kaps eine Live-Session aufgenommen und direkt vor Ort in ein Vinyl-Master gekratzt. Aus der mitlaufenden Tonbandaufnahme wurden auf dem gleichen Wege 77 Original-Vinyl-Scheiben von Hand geschnitten. Außerdem ging eine Auflage von 4.444 limitierten und 180gramm schweren, besonders tief geschnitzten Vinyl-Platten maschinell an den Start. Aber der Weg zur one and only original Fantastischen Vier- Supersense Block Party -Platte war lang. Doc Kaps trug sehr seltene Geräte zusammen, und suchte Leute, die eben jene noch bedienen können. Sein Ansinnen: Eine Platte genau in dem Moment physisch entstehen zu lassen, in dem Die Fantastischen Vier ihre Musik erzeugten.

Ramón "Mongo" Santamaría Rodríguez was a rumba quinto master and an Afro-Cuban Latin jazz percussionist. He is most famous for being the composer of the jazz standard "Afro Blue", recorded by John Coltrane among others.
