For one week Stacey gets unique access to Mike, an undercover Special Agent from ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and follows a secret operation in which HSI hope to arrest several mothers who are selling their own children for sex. These women not only perform live sex shows, but also traffic their children for hands-on abuse to travelling paedophiles - many of whom come from the US and the UK.

Stacey Dooley travels to Kurdish-controlled northern Syria to holding camps where she meets western women who left their countries to join the so-called Islamic State. For now, the Kurds are containing these women. Some of them are still fervent IS supporters, while others say they just want to come home and face whatever consequences the courts decide. Stacey also finds the camps filled with European children. The Kurds who are in control of this part of Syria are still fighting Russia and Assad’s forces to the south. They say the western powers should not expect the Kurds to be gaolers on their behalf indefinitely. Panorama explores the question of what to do with the IS women and children left behind.

In the city of Maiduguri in North East Nigeria Stacey Dooley meets Falmata. She was kidnapped by Boko Haram at the age of 13, forced to marry three times and finally strapped to a suicide belt and sent out on a bombing mission. Astonishingly Falmata managed to escape to tell her painful story. But not all women in Boko have been forced to join. Some are there through choice. Ammabua believed in Boko Haram’s ideology.

Campaigners call it barbaric and outdated. With rare access to a Norweigen commercial hunting vessel, Stacey witnesses the killing of a Minke whale. And, on the remote Faroe Islands modern day hunters defend their tradition of whale slaughter for food, while activists from around the world say they’ll keep coming to the island until they stop.
