This is the second of four volumes of the complete recorded output of Def Leppard available as both a 10-LP, 180gm vinyl box and a limited edition 7-CD set featuring all the recordings from the band in the 1990’s with their original packaging. The albums were re-mastered by Ronan McHugh at Joe’s Garage and cut by Greg Moore.

f you enjoyed volume one of Ray Conniff's Singles Collection then you will like what is in store in volume two. You will hear Ray sing "Cuddle Up a Little Closer" and "Why Did You Leave Me,Darling". The title tune of the Hanna Barbera animated film from 1973, "Charlotte's Web" is in this collection.The songs go back from the late 50's to 1982. I enjoyed this latest CD compiliaton by the late great Ray Conniff. Well worth listening to!

Reissue with the latest remastering and the original cover artwork. Comes with a description written in Japanese. A bit of a variation on Hank Jones' Great Jazz Trio – at least in comparison to the group's better-known records from the Japanese scene in the late 70s and early 80s – but a variation that brings along some mighty nice changes, too! The rhythm section duo here is especially vibrant – rich basslines from Mads Vinding, and some tightly snapping drums from Billy Hart – who has this way of punctuating the tunes differently than previous drummers in the trio – creating a whole new scenario of swing for Hank to work with. Jones' piano is at the top of his gem at this point in his career – and titles on this second volume include "Angel Eyes", "Black Orpheus", "Gone With The Wind", "Dark Eyes", "Alone Together", "Softly As In A Morning Sunrise", and "On Green Dolphin Street".

Alexei Lubimov is a Russian pianist who also plays fortepiano and harpsichord. In his early years he studied at the Moscow Central Music School, and in 1963, entered the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied with Heinrich Neuhaus and Lew Naumov. He developed a strong interest in Baroque music and 20th century modernist works. Lubimov gave the Soviet premieres of many western compositions, including pieces by Charles Ives, Arnold Schoenberg, John Cage, Terry Riley, Pierre Boulez, and Karlheinz Stockhausen, which brought censorship from the Soviet authorities.
