A high-quality selection of 32 papers, organized into 8 single-track technical sessions made up the WWIC 2007 main technical program, which covered Transport layer issues, handover and QoS, traffic engineering, audio/video over IP, IEEE 802.11 WLANs, sensor networks, The goal of the ERCIM workshop is to foster collaborative work within the European research community and to increase co-operation with European industry.

This volume contains all accepted papers of the second eMobility workshop, which has been held in Tampere, Finland, on May 30, 2008. Papers from three main areas have been selected for this workshop.

This volume contains scientific articles and discuss several topics of the ERCIM eMobility working group including, testbeds for mobile networks, performance optimization for cellular networks, QoS in vehicular-tobusiness (V2B) communication, reliability in ad-hoc networks, distributed resource discovery and use, traffic generation models for wireless networks, IMS clients, ICT support for mobility, vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), and mobile video conferencing.

This volume contains scientific articles and discuss several topics of the ERCIM eMobility working group including, mobility support in publish/subscribe networks, automated merging in cooperative adaptive cruise control systems, content replication strategies for smart products, inquiry-based bluetooth parameters for indoor localization, efficiency analysis for multicast traffic distribution in PMIPv6 domains.
