Subject to Change

Subject To Change is the 2008 album by jazz guitarist Bill Hart. He mixes up traditional jazz with jazz fusion and smooth jazz, displaying a nice range of diversity. This was released by BHM Records, which most likely stands for Bill Hart Music, which means this is self-released.
