Nothing is as it appears in the old English manor house of Bly. A new governess takes up her post and discovers that the children who are her new charges are under the influence of the ghosts of the previous governess and her depraved lover. As one disturbing event unfolds after another, the questions become more pressing: What horrors happened here before her arrival? Are the children innocent? Do we really see what we are seeing?

It's with great joy that we welcome one of Japan's most revered Ambient act. Manabu Hiramoto has been creating deeply distinct atmospherics since 2003. On this new album he's combined ritualistic elements with lush, foreboding passages, creating an ode to his country's unique nature worship.

bvdub is Brock Van Wey, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. Devoting his life to the SF rave scene in the late 80's, he began to DJ and promote his own deep house and ambient events in 1991, rising 10 years before a self-imposed exile to China in 2001 to escape the state of a scene he could no longer accept.

The Twelfth Symphony forms an exception in Allan Pettersson’s output. When he agreed to compose a work for the 500th anniversary of Uppsala University, it was one of the few commissions that he ever accepted. Having written purely orchestral scores for the past 30 years, he decided to incorporate a choir and a text. Pablo Neruda had received the Nobel Prize in 1971, and acknowledging the poet’s ‘deeply felt compassion for the outcasts of society’, Pettersson selected nine poems from the huge collection Canto general for his new work.

Nolan Potter assembles the nightmare band to create the soundtrack for the latests ‘Tales from the library of the occult’ release with their signature mystical free psych rock sounds as heard on their 2019 album ‘Nightmare Forever’ (Castle face records) this time bringing an added ominous tone that intensifies and crescendos into a psychedelic daydream turned nightmare as the story narrated by Peter baker unfolds. The latest tale written by British comics writer John Reppion is of a woman known by the name of Honey and the psychoactive mad honey she harvests thanks to the bees gathering the pollen from Rhododendron bushes. A psychedelic mystery set in 1960’s swinging London.

THE PIT & THE PENDULUM features music composed and conducted by Richard Band (RE-ANIMATOR, FROM BEYOND, GHOST WARRIOR, TROLL) for the 1991 version of the classic story written by Edgar Allan Poe, adapted by Dennis Paoli, directed by Stuart Gordon (RE-ANIMATOR) and starring Lance Henriksen. Stephen Lee, Rona De Ricci, Jonathan Fuller, William Norris, Mark Margolis, Frances Bay, Carolyn Purdy-Gordon, Jeffrey Combs and Oliver Reed.

The Cold Stares, known for their electrifying blend of blues-rock, have just announced details of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, The Southern, set for release on September 6th via Mascot Records. Delving deep into their Southern roots for the first time on record, the album embodies a true reflection of their heritage. “When it came time to record this album, I thought about everybody giving us this Southern rock tag, and decided to intentionally write songs that explore that,” says singer-guitarist Chris Tapp. “In doing so, I realized that being Southern, for me, is more than an accent, and a setlist of songs. It’s about family and tradition."

After a long hiatus, we have some very exciting news to share with you all. Our new concept album titled “The Fox and the Bird” will be out June 2nd! We’ve been working together on this album for almost 3 years and we couldn’t be more proud of it. This story will revolve around the lives of many animals, with our protagonists being (you guessed it) the Fox and the Bird. You’ll meet some very intriguing characters and the introductions will begin even sooner than you think.

Crime and the City Solution return with their seventh studio album, and first in 10 years, the killer. Played out over 7 tracks and recorded in Berlin, the record is arguably Crime’s finest work and is set to be their masterpiece. The album sees central figurehead Simon Bonney’s trademark storytelling surrounded by the deep, layered and mesmerising instrumentation created by this new incarnation of the band, including long term member Bronwyn Adams and new members Frederic Lyenn, Donald Baldie, Georgio Valentino, Chris Hughes and Joshua Murphy. This is paired with Martin J. Fiedler’s (Josh T. Pearson, Alex White) production, creating a magical atmosphere of foreboding and opportunity.

East Forest has a natural talent for creating soundscapes that speak to the heart. Lush and emotional, they are designed to engender deep spiritual experiences. But it would be a mistake to think of East Forest as just a musical project.
