Following up and doubling down on the themes of last year's lionized cult favorite For Executive Meeting, Elizabeth Nelson has authored an album as politically potent and pointedly hilarious as antecedents like The Mekons’ Rock 'n' Roll and Neil Young's on On the Beach and wed it to the sound of ZZ Top's Eliminator.

The album fully encompasses the expanse of the band's dynamic, deep, and dark vision, and marks the band's first full-length body of work in three years since 2019's 'Disguise'. The latter has quietly made a major impact on rock music and culture.

Be Well release their debut album The Weight And The Cost. It’s a bright, clean, catchy punk record with a whole lot of melody and a whole lot of emo influence. All these guys come from some version of hardcore, but Be Well aren’t really a hardcore band.

But Chopin did not create the genre: a number of prominent pianist-composers had already established the piano study, or étude, in the decades before Chopin sat down to write his.
