Few bands in the history of heavy metal are as road-tested as Motörhead. Since the mid-'70s, Lemmy Kilmister and whoever else was man enough to join the band's ranks have been tearing it up on the road, and are responsible for one of rock's greatest live albums of all time, 1981's No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith. As its title states, the double-disc set Keep Us on the Road: Live 1977 captures Motörhead early on – including their classic lineup of singer/bassist Kilmister, guitarist Fast Eddie Clarke, and drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor…

Shimshon Miel is a sole musician, a multi instrumentalist who recorded this album by himself in Tel Aviv 1977. He had one public appearance at the Rock Club in Tel Aviv but shortly after disappeared from the public eye after failing to distribute his record. Originally released in 1977 in an edition of 220 copies privatly. The music is fabulous fuzzy acid folk with experimentations in a 'Canterbury ' way, with some exciting fuzzy distorted guitar passages and some long tracks included here. The CD has 4 bonus tracks.

Toronto has long played a sizable role in the myth-making of The Rolling Stones. It’s been a home away from home for the group for decades, a place where they’ve set up shop to prep before hitting the road since at least as far back as 1989’s Steel Wheels tour. And during those months-long rehearsal stays, they’ve regularly held secret shows around town at small venues, such as the Horseshoe Tavern, RPM, and The Phoenix Concert Theatre. But the Stones’ Toronto club stint that started it all was a pair of shows at Spadina Avenue’s El Mocambo Tavern that took place March 4-5, 1977.
