Between the Buttons is the fifth British and seventh American studio album by the English rock band the Rolling Stones, released on January 20, 1967 in the UK and February 11 in the US as the follow-up to Aftermath. It was the beginning of the Stones' brief foray into psychedelia. The American and British versions contained slightly different track listings. In 2012, the American version of Between the Buttons, which included "Let's Spend the Night Together" and "Ruby Tuesday", was ranked number 357 on Rolling Stone magazine's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

The recordings are studio recording sessions taken from 1966 to 1969, before Brian Jones' death. All are different takes/versions/mixes from the well known ones. The song "See" was also known as "Get Yourself Together" or "Can't Believe It".

The Black Crowes were dogged with comparisons to the Rolling Stones and the Faces throughout the first decade of their career, so it came as a mild surprise that they teamed with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page in late 1999 for a couple of concerts.
