The is an ongoing five-issue limited series from MAX, the mature-oriented imprint of Marvel Comics. It is based on Kevin "Keene" Marlow, aka , a fictional superhero in the Marvel Comics universe, who first appeared in the 1940s during what historians and fans call the of comic books. He is significant as being one of the earliest creations of industry legend Stan Lee, and first appeared in (Oct. 1941), published by Marvel's predecessor, Timely Comics. Keen Marlow is enhanced by a Super Soldier Serum variant duplicated like Captain America (Steve Rogers) but lacked the special vita ray treatment. His abilities all seem to be at peak human levels except that he is stronger than Steve and the other variants, like the 1950s Captain America and Protocide. Series writer Robert Kirkman assumes that the Destroyer has had an an going series since the 1940s thus portrays Marlow as quite elderly but still operating at peak power and strength. In the series Marlow discovers that he has only a short time to live so he resolves to wipe out all bad guys that may harm society or his family before he dies. Gory but considering it doesn't take itself too seriously, fun.
