Soldier's Gun is the first studio album by the Norwegian hard rock band Stage Dolls. The album was recorded in the fall of 1984 at Nidaros Studios in Trondheim, Norway with the same producer, Bjørn Nessjø, and engineer, Rune Nordahl, as fellow Trondheim hard-rockers TNT. The album was released in the early winter of 1985 after a successful nationwide tour in Norway supporting the same TNT. Soldier's Gun barely made it onto the Norwegian album chart (VG) for one week as number 20. The album sold in excess of 20,000 copies in Norway.

Commandos has a more mature sound and it charted for 11 weeks, peaking at no.8 on the Norwegian albumcharts (VG). Making the band one of the most popular rockbands in Norway in 1986. The band also started to get attention outside of Norway and 'Commandos' was released in the US by BigTime Records. The title track gained considerable airplay on college-radio in the US.
“XT” was formed in 1991. This hard rock band included Sonny Larsson and Björn Stigsson. ”XT” made three albums, and all of them were released world-wide. Especially in Japan they got very good reviews and sold a lot of albums. The song “The silent cry” got the award for best song in 1993 by the Swedish newspaper “Aftonbladet”. This is their debut, released in 1992 on Frontline Records on a licensing deal with Viva Music. These two Swedes serve up classic melodic hard rock and metal. Baltimoore is a Swedish rock band, led by Swedish singer Björn Lodin. Lodin was originally approached by Elektra Records in 1987 to record a solo album, but Lodin opted to use the moniker Baltimoore rather than his own name. In 1992, Lodin relocated to Åland, Finland, where he met Bulgarian-born guitarist Nikolo Kotzev. They joined forces for two Baltimoore albums, Double Density and Thought for Food. Due to personal and musical differences, Kotzev left the band in 1994 to start his own project, Brazen Abbot.
