A Wu, Zhuge Liang rencontre le vice-roi Zhou Yu. Très vite, les deux hommes deviennent amis et concluent un pacte d'alliance.

The final battle is here! It continues from where it last stop. It also shows flashbacks to those who forget the story of part one. There is still John Woo's slow motion. There is a big epic battle, probably the biggest battle scene you have ever seen in a Chinese movie. But, somehow, I am slightly disappointed with it. I guess I would have expected more in the battle scene or at least, a better showdown with the two characters (I can't say who) at the last part. Despite the minor thing, it is still good as I am entertained with the intensity in it.

Wong Jing's latest effort is a bizarre gangster comedy that flirts with also being a psychological thriller, before settling into more comfortable triad territory. Nick Cheung plays Fai, a triad hitman coming to the end of a 30-year stretch in the big house for slaughtering 20 rival gang members in a street fight. Upon release, Fai and his trusty sidekick Little Fai, return to their old stomping ground of Mongkok only to discover that the entire district been renovated and rejuvenated beyond recognition, and his old gang are eagerly awaiting his help to settle a territory dispute.

This bittersweetly romantic film features a kaleidoscopic display of cinematography, camera angles and editing.

Red Cliff is a Chinese epic war film based on the Battle of Red Cliffs (208-209 AD) and events during the end of the Han Dynasty and immediately prior to the Three Kingdoms period in ancient China. The film was directed by John Woo, and stars Tony Leung, Takeshi Kaneshiro, Zhang Fengyi, Chang Chen, Hu Jun, Lin Chi-ling and Zhao Wei.

Ke Aka (Reflections: Past, Present, Future) is the 2004 by Hawaiian singer and chanter Charles Ka'upu. The closing song brings Ka'upu to modern times with a house track so while it may seem out of place compared to the other material, it is the hope to bring his culture to the 21st century. the present and future in the title. It was released on the Quiet Storm label.
