This collection features songs by vocalists like Michael Bublé, who channels the master by merging a smooth tone with bluesy feeling on "The Good Life," and Diana Krall, whose swinging but easygoing vibe on "I've Got the World on a String" rings old-school Bennett. Tony himself takes the stage, turning in an emphatic performance with Billy Joel before steering toward more familiar tunes on a closing mini-set.

The reaction was instantaneous, and the answer came back loud and clear: everything from broken hearts to dripping taps. Lawrence took the idea with him to the Classic Drive show in 2016, and most recently Classic Breakfast's Phillip Sametz has also started to offer fix-it Mozart moments to listeners busy with the challenges of the weekday morning.

The soundtrack for Mozart in the Jungle, Season 3 features both standard classical repertoire from Mozart and Beethoven as well as music written especially for the series by contemporary composers Nico Muhly and Missy Mazzoli. The soundtrack also includes Joshua Bell, who made an appearance in the second season, plus performances by Yo-Yo Ma, Nikolaus Harnoncourt and other superstars from the classical music world.
