If you don't mind shorter versions of some of your favorite songs, this is a nice album to own. Many hit songs from 1965 from You've Lost That Loving Feeling to Help Me, Rhonda and Hey Mr. Tambourine Man, you'll love hearing these songs again that you grew up to. They have staying power, which I can't say for much of what passes for music today. Yes, I'm showing my age. Billboard early years is always a good bet.

Crosstalk is a compilation project put together by Mendi and Keith Obadike, released by Bridge Records and released in 2008, the CD is subtitled Blurred Boundaries In American Speech Music and features different variations of spoken word with artists who have made it their works of art, including Ursula Rucker, Guillermo E. brown, Tracie Morris, and rapper Mike Ladd.

Telles des phares éclairant le monde, ces villes particulières ont à un moment donné attiré les plus grands génies et concentré l’essentiel de la vie artistique et musicale, marquant à jamais l’histoire de la civilisation par leur influence et leur rayonnement.

Along with C.S.I. and Afterhours, Marlene Kuntz were one of the most important bands to emerge from the Italian underground in the '90s, and one of the leading names of the indie rock renaissance of that decade. Their mixture of angular and dissonant guitars – owing more than a little to Sonic Youth – and poetic lyrics soon became a trademark that many rock fans identified with. As the band progressively polished its sound, they reached the top notches of the Italian charts, but never lost their edge, remaining one of the most interesting acts on the local rock scene.

Art Pepper’s third album on the Contemporary Records label, “Gettin’ Together” was released in 1960. Featuring a selection of both standards and originals the album also includes Conte Candoli (trumpet), Wynton Kelly (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), and Jimmy Cobb (drums). This new edition, released as part of the Acoustic Sounds Series, features (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes by Bernie Grundman and is pressed on 180-gram vinyl at QRP, and presented in a tip-on jacket.

The album was recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales.
