Vigotone

Leggo My Ego was a 3CD Beach Boys bootleg box set featuring outtakes from the Pet Sounds recording sessions in 1966, during a time when fans wanted the official thing. It had been rumored for years but nothing was happening so the bootleggers beat Capitol. This was released by Spank Records, part of the Vigotone family of labels.

Last Flight: The Complete 1979 Glasgow Concert is a 1998 double bootleg CD by Paul McCartney and his band, Wings. It is a soundboard recording originally made for a live album that didn't materialize, the only thing that was released as his version of "Coming Up" for his then-forthcoming album, McCartney II. It also features his performance at the Concert For The People Of Kampuchea. This disc was released by the Vigotone label.

The Lost Pepperland Reel And Other Rarities is a Beatles bootleg released on the Vigotone label in 1994. True to its title, it features various elements of the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band multi-track, all done before the Rock Band game made it possible for people to extract it in that way.

Paris Outtakes is a two-volume series of bootleg CD's by British pop rock combo The Rolling Stones. They were released on Vigotone Records and both are combined here.

Come Back, Brian! is a 1994 bootleg CD by Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson. The CD features demos, alternate mixes, and songs from albums recorded in the late 80's and early 90's. This was released by Vigotone.

Gone From This Place is the 1990 bootleg album by John Lennon. One of Vigotone's first releases, this disc features demos, rough mixes, acetate rips and other ephemera from Lennon's vaults.

Something Precious & Rare is a 1986 bootleg album by John Lennon. This is the first compact disc pressing released by Vigotone featuring additional tracks.

Arrive Without Aging is the 1993 bootleg CD by The Beatles. It features outtakes and demos from various periods of their careers and lives as Beatle men. This comes courtesy of Vigotone.

Vigotone is proud to preysent the final Glyn Johns compilation of the legendary unissued Get Back LP: Assembled just one day after the last official Beatles recording session in January 1970, this lineup features notable differences from the more common Spring 1969 compilation on As NAture Intended. Also included are two previousley unheard mixes of Teddy Boy, and informative liner notes and relevant photos.

A superb-sounding double CD of alternate mixes and (just a few) actual alternate takes, named after the late Abbey Road engineer John Barrett, who catalogued and copied many Beatles vault tapes in the early '80s. At first glance, this appears to be a goldmine of unreleased Beatles goodies, spanning "From Me to You" to the Let It Be sessions, but read the fine print carefully. Most of the takes are in fact stereo and mono mixes that happen to be rare or commercially unavailable, not performances that are commercially unavailable. To some fans, these different mixes are revelations; to many, however, they are barely or completely indistinguishable from the familiar versions on official Beatles albums.
