Released in late 1986, "Think Visual" is the first album the Kinks did for MCA Records. Arista Records seemingly sensed that the Kinks period of commercial renaissance was over following the dropoff in sales of 1984's "Word Of Mouth". Indeed, the sales dropoff continued with "Think Visual", but don't let that fool you. "Think Visual" is an engaging, spirited rock record that no Kinks fan should be without.
Elektrolux is proud to present the compilation according to the well-known and incredibly popular ‚Flowmotion’ tv series. ‚Flowmotion’ started in the summer of 2000 and is nightly broadcasted via public german tv station HR (and Astra satellite for its widespread international viewers). The format soon developed a very own identity due to Elektrolux’ entire artistic control, as the label is fully responsible regarding the format’s audio-visual content providing own video material and music. Picking up where ‚Space Night’ has gone this forward-thinking project takes things even further…
Visual Lies was the 3rd album by L.A. metal band Lizzy Borden and the only one to feature future David Lee Roth and Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Joe Holmes, credited as J. Holmes. It features their best known song "Me Against The World" for which the band shot a promotional video. The track was also featured in the 1987 heavy-metal horror film, Black Roses. The movie remains a cult-classic among 80's glam metal fans. This one is a killer remaster! Includes 4 bonus tracks.

Relationships and chance encounters is the background for the formation of US act Visual Cliff. Rob Perez (guitars) had become aquainted with Rick Mals (drums) in the 80's, and in the early 90's with Rob Klan (keyboards). In both cases circumstances saw to it that they drifted apart though, but in 1999 Perez sought out Rick with some ideas in mind in terms of creating music together, and a chance encounter with Klas in a restaurant and then later in the year hooking up with Eric Fuller (bass) resulted in a band forming - more or less. A demo was made at first, but as Fuller had an education to finish, as well as getting married, concrete results didn't appear until 2003, with the release of Visual Cliff's debut album "Lyrics For The Living"…
Visual Sound Theories is the video complement to Steve Vai's double-CD Sound Theories Vols. 1-2, which finds the guitarist working with an orchestra, the Holland Metropole Orkest, in a concert of his music…
This DVD consists of orchestral music and other rich compositional pieces that Steve has written. Vai was commissioned to compose an hour of music for the Metropole Orkest in Holland but ended up putting together an exceptional 2 hours of quality work. The DVD includes 15 tracks plus orchestra only performance, behind the scenes featurette, interview at De Oosterpoort with Vai, and additional performance…
PITIFUL REIGN’s second full length album, “Visual Violence” is down right some of the best Thrash I’ve heard in this new Thrash revival movement. When I first caught wind of the band from a friend I wasn’t able to score their first album and had to wait for this one to be more widely released. It was worth the wait.“Visual Violence” may not be the most original release this year but every song is a kick in the teeth of great melodic Thrash Metal. Melodic riffs interchange into catchy leads and impressive soloing.
