Melvo Baptiste steps up to mix the latest Glitterbox compilation, 'Hotter Than Fire' featuring the upfront disco heat that has been setting off the dancefloor all summer at Glitterbox parties in New York, London and Ibiza. A strong contender for the hottest party on earth, Melvo has headlined Hi Ibiza for another record-breaking season this summer. 'Hotter Than Fire' channels the energy of a Glitterbox event, with this special compilation exploring the best authentic house and disco sounds. The release also features three continuous mixes from Melvo himself, making it the perfect soundtrack for all occasions. Featuring highlights from the Glitterbox imprint such as The Shapeshifters' gloriously instrumented 'Life Is A Dancefloor', enchanting dancefloors since its release and featuring CHIC lead vocalist Kimberly Davis, as well as brand-new heat like JKriv's 'Yo Love'.

The long-awaited new album by Susan Wong has arrived. 'Close To Me' is particularly special because the music production was a full hands-on role assumed by Susan, who wishes to showcase another side of her musical talents by becoming more involved production wise. Throughout this project, she maintains her trademark style of sultry vocals over smoothly adapted cover versions such as the piano laced rendition of 'Man In The Mirror' original by Michael Jackson. On the lead-off single 'He's The One', Wong revisits the classic by British rock band World Party and adds her personal flavour to the tune which was also popularised by Robbie Williams.

In 2014, Marialy Pacheco's album INTRODUCING appeared on reverberation, convincing her with her self-confident style and her Cuban temperament. Now she presents another facet of her musical diversity and brought a piece of Cuba to Ludwigsburg for the STUDIO CONCERT. For this recording, the pianist and official "Bösendorfer Artist" chose her "favorite pieces". They are both current compositions and arrangements, as well as older works by Marialy Pacheco. She draws from Cuban folk music and transforms it into a completely new form. Her engagement with the musical tradition creates a balance between seriousness and technical sophistication on the one hand, and lightness and Caribbean fire on the other.
