Several months had passed since The X-Men defeated Magneto and imprisoned him in a plastic chamber. One day, a mutant going by the name of "Nightcrawler" infiltrates The White House and attempts to assassinate The President. Meanwhile, Logan is trying to discover his past, and wonder why he became a mutant.

Two mutant brothers, Logan and Victor, born 200 years ago, suffer childhood trauma and have only each other to depend on. Basically, they're fighters and killers, living from war to war through U.S. history. In modern times, a U.S. colonel, Stryker, recruits them and other mutants as commandos. Logan quits and becomes a logger, falling in love with a local teacher. When Logan refuses to rejoin Stryker's crew, the colonel sends the murderous Victor. Logan now wants revenge.

FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully are different: Mulder is a believer in the paranormal while Scully is not. Together, they investigate paranormal cases which takes them all the way to alien conspiracies within our government and even puts their lives and careers at risk. Together, they try to solve the mysteries within our government, no matter what they have to do, and along the way they try to solve any other case that's related to the paranormal.

Set way in the future, Earth is no longer inhabitable, so humans have colonized in outer space. One colony receives two cryogenically frozen bodies, and when they defrost them, one of the bodies turns out to be…..who else? Jason Voorhees. No longer in the forest or Camp Crystal Lake, Jason stalks the colonists in a whole new environment.

Toujours considérés comme des monstres par une société qui les rejette, les mutants sont une nouvelle fois au centre des débats alors qu'un crime effroyable commis par l'un d'eux relance la polémique autour de l'Acte d'Enregistrement des Mutants et le mouvement anti-mutants, dirigé par l'ancien militaire William Stryker. Quand ce dernier lance une attaque contre l'école de mutants du Professeur Charles Xavier, les X-Men se préparent à une guerre sans merci pour leur survie, aidés de Magnéto, récemment évadé de sa cellule de plastique. Parallèlement, Wolverine enquête sur son mystérieux passé, auquel Stryker, dont on dit qu'il a mené de nombreuses expériences sur les mutants, ne serait pas étranger…

Dans le chapitre final de la trilogie X-Men, les mutants affrontent un choix historique et leur plus grand combat… Un "traitement" leur permet désormais d'échapper à ce qu'ils sont. Pour la première fois, ils ont le choix : conserver ce qui fait leur caractère unique mais leur vaut la défiance et la méfiance de l'humanité, ou bien abandonner leurs pouvoirs et devenir des humains à part entière. Les points de vue opposés des leaders des mutants, Charles Xavier, qui prêche la tolérance, et Magneto, qui croit à la survie des plus adaptés, sont plus que jamais incompatibles et vont déclencher la plus acharnée des batailles.

Fox Mulder and Dana Scully both worked at the FBI as partners, a bond between them that led to their becoming lovers. But now they're out of the FBI and have begun new careers. Scully works as a staff physician at a Catholic hospital. Her focus these days is on a young boy with an incurable brain disease. Administration wants to give up on him. Scully, who feels a special bond with the boy, does not. Meanwhile, Mulder's focus is on clipping newspaper articles, throwing pencils into his ceiling and writing about the paranormal. Scully and Mulder are brought together as partners again when a special case requires Mulder's expertise and Scully is prevailed upon to convince him to help. The case involves a pedophile priest who claims he is having psychic visions regarding the whereabouts of a missing FBI agent.

A cop travels back in time to take on a corporation that's out to eliminate a doctor who has created a new technology which can break up the monopoly on a energy resources.
