Ce comics débute avec une petite introduction de qui est donc Vlad Tepes dit l'Empaleur, ou encore Dracula pour les intimes. Puis on se retrouve en plein Londres Victorien, où une série de meurtres a lieu, semblant d'abord beaucoup ressembler au style de Jack l'Éventreur. Seulement, Jacko, c'est du passé.
