The rocket fuelled, electro-acoustic Tetraband quartet began life as a trio pianist Bojan Zulfikarpasic formed with drummer Sebastian Rochford and electric bassist Ruth Goller in 2007. Paris-based Z grew up in what was then Yugoslavia, and the Balkans' dance rhythms have long been a feature of his playing. On tour in Europe, Rochford and Goller, both members of British punk-jazz iconoclast Acoustic Ladyland, brought a heat and groove to the music which perfectly matched Z's passionate double-fisted style…

Stefan Joel Weisser (born in 1951) aka Z’Ev is for sure one of the absolute pioneers from the industrial music. This conceptual artists got involved in multiple domains and was already active creating a very particular sound mainly based on rhythmic when industrial music was still unknown. Z’Ev did the most unexpected things for a musician and even at 57-58 years old he remains motivated and inspired like never before. This new album (which I guess must be his first one on Cold Spring) is a new illustration from the man’s sonic universe.

Tommy Z is a singer/songwriter from Western New York. Sometimes is Tommy Z’s new album. He has been recognized as a top blues guitarists by top blues vocalists. He has also won numerous other awards including the Muddy Waters Award for “Artist of the Year” by Blues Society of Western New York and he was inducted into Buffalo Music Hall of Fame (making him ineligible to win any more awards). He has worked with various artists including B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Blues Traveler, and Robert Randolph just to name a few…
