This series will be appreciated by those who don't want to, or can't spend too much time exercising, yet want to feel good and do something that is effective. These short 12 minute exercises target the full body with emphasis on different areas.

I decided to create a series that would be challenging, fun, yet accessible to everyone, focusing a lot on cardio using functional and dynamic bodyweight exercises.

The Electric Light Orchestra is the eponymous debut studio album by English rock band Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), released in December 1971 in the United Kingdom by Harvest Records. In the United States, the album was released in early 1972 as No Answer, after a misunderstood telephone message made by a United Artists Records executive asking about the album name; the caller, having failed to reach the ELO contact, wrote down "no answer" in his notes, and this was misconstrued to be the name of the album. The Electric Light Orchestra (First Light Series) is a two disc expanded special 30th anniversary edition of their debut album. Released in 2001 in the UK, disc one contains the original ELO album plus bonus tracks and an interactive CD-ROM feature, while disc two features the oldest surviving live ELO material with co/founder Roy Wood and cellist Andy Craig.

The City Light Symphony Orchestra, founded in Lucerne in 2018, presents its debut album with the 100-minute program "Spotlight on John Williams“. For the project acclaimed soloists such as Valentine Michaud, Reinhold Friedrich and Paul Meyer could be assigned. Together with the 90 musicians of the City Light Symphony Orchestra and the up-and-coming conductor Kevin Griffiths, they recorded a selection of film music masterpieces by Hollywood icon John Williams in the concert hall of the KKL Luzern in September 2020 – with a deliberate focus on his great stylistic diversity.
