Mea is the title of the piece opening the CD with Krzysztof Olczak's compositions presented here, a Gdansk composer and accordionist, a long-time lecturer at the Stanislaw Moniuszko Academy of Music in both these fields, a member of the Polish Composers' Union and the Polish Society for Electroacoustic Music.

In commemoration of 100th anniversary of the birth of the genius of Nuevo Tango, the young Danish master of the modern accordion, Bjarke Mogensen, is joined by the award-wining percussionist Johan Bridger and winner of the title “Chromatic Harmonica World Champion”, and ‘New Jazz Star of The Year’ Mathias Heise. Together with members of The Danish Chamber Players they bring Piazzolla’s vibrant and sensuous scores vividly to life!
DEEP SILENCE is a most apropos title for this collection of works by Toshio Hosokawa as well as traditional Japanese music. The compositions are for accordion (Stefan Hussong) and sh'o (Mayumi Miyata), both individually and in duet. The sound produced here is one of ethereal beauty, more of a continuous flow of tone than a moveable line, but that is what makes is such perfect music for meditation.
