Ally Vanable Real

Real Gone is 23-year-old Texas blues/rock guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Ally Venable’s fifth solo album. Ally co-wrote all but four of the twelve cuts on the album. Venable first burst on the scene at the age of 16 and since that time with each new album she has matured to the point of sharing the stage with legends like Buddy Guy and Joe Bonamassa. In fact, Buddy Guy appears on the album to contribute his vocals and guitar on “Texas Louisiana” and Joe Bonamassa on guitar for “Broken and Blue.”

Texas blues/rock guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Ally Venable is pleased to announce that she will release Real Gone!, her latest solo effort, on March 24th via Ruf Records.

Three guitars, three voices, that’s the 18th edition of Ruf’s Blues Caravan which will take off in mid-February 2023. Thus carrying on a tradition which was established in 2005 when Thomas Ruf, founder of internationally operating German record company Ruf Records, came up with the idea for this kind of package tour and with Sue Foley, Candye Kane and Ana Popovic sent three of his artists on the road together for the first time. This time the line-up will consist of Texan bluesrocker Ally Venable, Chicago-born Berlin resident Will Jacobs and Ashley Sherlock from Manchester in the UK.
