Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint Workbook

Chalk People is the brainchild of songwriter and producer Simon Lord (Simian, Black Ghosts), inspired by his recent move to the seaside town of Margate. This album of standalone songs and fragmented collages is a collaboration with fellow producer and violinist Raven Bush (Syd Arthur, Heliocentrics), and vocalist Zoë Carassik.

Mari Bolte is an author of children's books and a lover of art. She lives in southern Minnesota with her husband, daughter, and two wiener dogs.
