On 100 discs (99 CD & 1 DVD), this box presents the complete oeuvre of Trevor Pinnock and The English Concert on Archiv Produktion. Purcell, Vivaldi, Handel, Bach, Haydn and Mozart are the focus of the repertoire. Numerous recordings such as the Brandenburg Concertos, Corelli's Concerti Grossi or the symphonies of William Boyce are among the milestones of recording history. A Bach album from the ensemble's early days is released for the first time on CD, as well as the never-published Dead March from Handel's "Saul". A 184-page booklet with essays by Trevor Pinnock and Jonathan Freeman-Attwood, the director of the Royal Academy of Music, as well as numerous photos and documents complete the extensive portrait.

Commemorating the 30th anniversary of Walcha's passing (11 August), it includes both the stereo (1956-1971) and the mono cycles (1947-1952) of Bach's complete works for organ; harpsichord recordings consisting of the Well-Tempered Clavier and the Violin Sonatas BWV 1014-1019 with Henryk Szeryng, the latter originally issued on Philips; plus other organ works from the early North German repertoire, including Bruhns, Scheidt, Buxtehude, and Sweelinck. The mastermind of Walcha's recordings was legendary producer Erich Thienhaus, a prolific recording producer and progenitor of the Tonmeister profession itself.

Sir John Eliot Gardiner’s Complete Beethoven Recordings made for Archiv Produktion have been brought together for the first time to mark Beethoven’s 250th birthday in 2020. This 15-CD set features the Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique and the Monteverdi Choir under the leadership of John Eliot Gardiner with soloists Robert Levin and Viktoria Mullova in the Piano and Violin Concertos. The Complete Beethoven Recordings include a bonus disc, never before commercially released, featuring an interview with Gardiner discussing the symphonies, and new liner notes written by Thomas Otto.
