From the Virgin Mary, to Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, or through a reverence to Mother Earth or Pachamama, according to the tradition of Afro-Amerindian indigenous peoples, MUJERES pays homage to the outstanding female personalities of the New World, with a poetic selection of their musical heritage from the time of the colonies to the present day.
