In August, Channel 5 broadcast a documentary about the JRC Global Buffet, one of the biggest restaurants in the UK which can serve as many as 3,000 people every day. Now cameras visit the Wembley branch to see how staff cope at the busiest time of the year. Christmas dinner with all the trimmings is on the menu in December, meaning the chefs cook an amazing 3,000kg of turkey as well as thousands of sausages and sprouts. But they also serve up festive variations on their traditional Asian treats too, going all out to make the experience as fun as possible for their customers.
