Double album on single CD featuring their excellent debut album, 1977s Cardiac Arrest, was highlighted by four singles. Three of those hit the Billboard R&B chart. 1978 saw the release of their second and third albums. The second title of our two on one CD is We All Know Who We Are , which saw Cameo becoming increasingly successful. This got into the top 60 on the mainstream chart and number 15 on the R&B countdown. The single It’s Serious not only gave the band a Top 20 R&B hit but also got onto the all important dance chart, hitting number 21.
