The vocal/piano duo Emerald Ghost was formed in 2019 in Bern, Switzerland, and comprises the British soprano Lucy De Butts and the Italian pianist Giovanna Gatto.

Finding Fondness is a collection of five flute duets exploring the lived experience of The Emerald Ruby (Jennifer Hankin) as a late-diagnosed Autistic individual. This body of work is an emotionally vulnerable sound-based exploration of an increasingly common experience. Taking influence from Hankin’s vast and varied musical history, Finding Fondness redefines the aesthetic and technical expectations of music made by two flutes.
