Coming of the space, the prince Flick (Pedro Aguinaga) asks the Trapalhões (The Dabblers) for help to free the planet where lives of the domain of evil Zuco. He offers a reward, it accepts for the four friends, that embark in a spaceship by a called hairy monster Bonzo. In the planet, they use tricks and they win Zuco, but they don't get to save Princess Myrna's life, that had been kidnapped by the thief.

Paul, écrivain qui a connu son moment de notoriété il y a six ans de cela pour son livre Portrait des lieux, est en crise. Ne parvenant ni à écrire malgré son bon vouloir, ni à satisfaire physiquement sa femme Camille qui a abandonné ses études afin d'entretenir le ménage, il décide, devant l'angoisse de la page blanche, de modifier sa vie. Tout en continuant à se faire « materner » par Camille, Paul sort de chez lui, drague les étudiantes dans les cafés, se fait vamper par une ouvreuse de cinéma, se met à fréquenter les thés dansants.

During a debate of journalists with the renowned psychiatrist Dr. Sérgio and José Mojica Marins a.k.a. Zé do Caixão, Sr. Sérgio presents several cases of kinky sex and orgy associated to the use of drugs. The journalists defend that the cases are related to perverts and criminals, but Dr. Sérgio blames the influence of drugs for the violence. Then Dr. Sérgio invites four persons from different classes to use LSD and analyze the effect of Zé do Caixão's films in their twisted minds to prove his theory.

During a tempestuous storm various people turn up at a hotel asking to stay for the night, only certain ones are allowed to stay by the mysterious owner. In the morning the guests realise their clocks have stopped at midnight, on questioning the owner they make a gruesome discovery.

The innocent brothers are wrongly accused of a crime by a corrupt and violent police officers and are forced to face the injustices of the brazilian penal system.

In Portugal, in the 60s, the corpse of a man appears on Dog Beach. The corpse is identified as being Major Dantas, a man sought after by the local authorities after his escape from a military prison where he was awaiting trial for insurrection.
