In addition to the Nicki Minaj and G-Eazy-assisted single “Wobble Up,” the all-star lineup includes appearances from Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Tory Lanez, Joyner Lucas, Tyga, Gunna, H.E.R., Juvenile, Juicy J, Lil Jon, and more. He also teams up with Drake on their highly-anticipated collaboration “No Guidance,” produced by Boi-1da. The album features a whopping 37 tracks (2017’s Heartbreak on a Full Moon had 45 songs), including the previously released singles “Undecided,” “Back to Love,” and “Wobble Up,” with production from Scott Storch, Hitmaka, OG Parker, The Rascals, J.R. Rotem, Boi-1da, A1 Bentley, and D.A. Doman.

It took over five years to piece together the first hardback book, limited edition set to chronicle and celebrate Chris Wood’s life in music - from co-founding Traffic and collaborations with John Martyn, The Wailers’ Tyrone Downie, Nick Drake, Free to his own solo work.

Chris Connor is not as well recognized as some other jazz vocalists, for example, June Christy. Connor is every bid as talented and a pleasure to listen to. So nice to hear songs that are REAL music and not a bunch of rapidly spoken words that make no sense. Great dealer who went out of the way to ship quickly. All round good experience.

This lovely jazz vocalist recorded something like 150 songs for the Atlantic label alone, about a quarter of which are collected here on this double-CD set.

A series of firsts greet our first selection of our tribute to legendary jazz vocalist Chris Connor, “Sings Lullaby of Birdland”. Her first job singing with a trio, her first recording contract and her first LP record! The trio in question comprises Ellis Larkins on piano, Everett Barksdale (from Art Tatum’s band) on guitar and Beverly Peer on bass. Her second album “Chris” features tracks from her first date for Bethlehem which were arranged and conducted by Sy Oliver. For her third album “This Is Chris” her reputation was beginning to grow as can be seen in her fine company of musicians. Chris is joined by Ralph Sharon on piano, Milt Hinton on bass, Osie Johnson on drums, Joe Puma on guitar, Herbie Mann on flute and Kai Wiinding and JJ Johnson on trombones.

So good to hear Chris Norman is still turning out great albums. The former Smokie lead singer with the distinctive voice has still got it. A nice variety of tracks here - all well delivered - and a second CD which contains additional tracks, some extended versions of songs on the first CD and 3 karaoke versions - instrumental only - for you to sing along to if you so wish. Well worth the money and so good to hear that one of the voices of the 70's has not faded one bit with the passing years.

Re-imagining the fabled tale of the folklore favorite Robin Hood has been the latest creative challenge for Chris de Burgh. The compelling result breathes music and lyrical life into a centuries-old and much-loved classic.
