Jethro Tull ring in the holiday season with The Jethro Tull Christmas Album - Fresh Snow at Christmas Edition.
Originally released in 2003, the album has been remixed from the original tapes by Bruce Soord. This limited 4CD+Blu-ray Bookset edition features Bruce's new mixes, as well as the originals across two CD’s. The set also includes a remixed version of Christmas Live at St Brides 2008 plus over 40 minutes of unreleased recordings from a previous performance at St Brides in 2006 by the Ian Anderson Band. The blu-ray includes Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround Sound and High Resolution 24/44 Stereo Mixes of The Jethro Tull Christmas Album, as well as High Resolution 24/44 Stereo Mixes of Christmas Live at St Brides 2008. For the third album collection of the Joni Mitchell Archives project, The Asylum Albums (1976-1980) covers what is arguably the knottiest and most challenging period in a career known for being knotty and challenging. While there are certainly fans who have a preference for Mitchell's diaristic/post-folk sounds of the late '60s/early '70s Reprise era or the exploratory fusions of pop and jazz of her first three Asylum albums, most of those fans can find space to love all (or at least most) of the work she released between 1968 and 1975.

The sonatas and partitas for solo violin (BWV 1001–1006) are a set of six works composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. They are sometimes referred to in English as the sonatas and partias for solo violin in accordance with Bach's headings in the autograph manuscript: "Partia" (plural "Partien") was commonly used in German-speaking regions during Bach's time, whereas the Italian "partita" was introduced to this set in the 1879 Bach Gesellschaft edition, having become standard by that time. The set consists of three sonatas da chiesa in four movements and three partitas (or partias) in dance-form movements. The 2nd Partita is widely known for its Chaconne, considered one of the most masterly and expressive works ever written for solo violin.

Zenzile Miriam Makeba, nicknamed Mama Africa, was a South African singer, songwriter, actress, and civil rights activist. Associated with musical genres including Afropop, jazz, and world music, she was an advocate against apartheid and white-minority government in South Africa.

Three CD box set featuring all the albums recorded by the unique Progressive Rock band Carmen between 1973 and 1975. CARMEN initially came together in Los Angeles as seven-piece band formed by guitarist DAVID CLARK ALLEN and his sister ANGELA ALLEN in 1970. The band's unique style blended both Progressive Rock and Flamenco styles, with Angela Allen also being an accomplished Flamenco dancer aside from being keyboard player. Despite interest from music mogul Clive Davis, the band failed to make any headway in getting a record contract they relocated to London in 1973. The Allens soon assembled a new line-up of the band with Flamenco dancer and vocalist ROBERTO AMARAL and British musicians JOHN GLASCOCK (bass) and PAUL FENTON (drums). Their unique live performances soon came to attention of DAVID BOWIE who became a friend of the band. Famed producer TONY VISCONTI produced the band's debut album 'Fandangos in Space' in 1973. This was followed in 1974 by the album 'Dancing on a Cold Wind'. Carmen undertook extensive touring and appeared on the Midnight Special US TV show with Bowie before parting company with Tony Visconti. The band's last album, 'The Gypsies' appeared on the Mercury label in 1975 in the USA and Japan, following it's release Carmen disbanded with John Glascock joining JETHRO TULL. 'The Albums 1973-1975' gathers together all of these albums, serving as a fine introduction to the music of a unique Progressive Rock band.
