Paris, spring 1968. While most students take the lead in the May 'revolution', a French poet's twin son Theo and daughter Isabelle enjoy the good life in his grand Paris home. As film buffs they meet and 'adopt' modest, conservatively educated Californian student Matthew. With their parents away for a month, they drag him into an orgy of indulgence of all senses, losing all of his and the last of their innocence. A sexual threesome shakes their rapport, yet only the outside reality will break it up.

A film made in a style of street ballad is a directing debut by Tadeusz Chmielewski. It is also the first film for Barbara Kwiatkowska, then a seventeen year old winner of the contest which attracted thousands of girls from Poland. The film depicts the adventures of an innocent farm girl who comes to the city a day before the new school year starts. A janitor does not let her in the dormitory and Eve is left without overnight accommodation. She meets a friendly policeman and then becomes involved in surreal events, involving unusual figures such as: policemen, thieves and prostitutes.

Eva and her daughter Amber are attacked outside a restaurant after an evening of Amber's musical concert. Eva is knocked out during the attack! Eva wakes in the hospital to discover Amber has been kidnapped, raped and murdered, but she is unable to help in the investigation due to amnesia. On a quiet evening while listening to Amber's music play, Eva recalls her attack. Having learned the lessons with past abused children and the lack of protection authorities could provide, Eva decides to take the justice system into her own hand. Eva constructs a dungeon in her garage to enact her own version of Vengeance. Then she tracks her daughter's killer! Along the way, she transform from a Mini-Van soccer mom to a hip slick huntress of Evil. Eva meets the worst of society and puts an end to their reign of terror, personally!
