Lakeshore Records has released The Shrink Next Door—Original Apple TV+ Series Soundtrack. The original music is by Joshua Moshier (Baskets), with a nimbly orchestrated score that reflects many moods—from warm and lighthearted, to disturbing and dark. Starring and executive produced by Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd, “The Shrink Next Door” premieres globally on Apple TV+ on November 12.Says Moshier: “When I first began imagining the musical interior world of Marty and Ike, I created seven short musical vignettes to evoke the arc of their relationship. Georgia Pritchett, Michael Showalter and the entire team were incredibly supportive of these ideas, and of using the score boldly to tell this story. Their trust was creatively liberating, and I felt free to let the music find its own sound, one as lyrical and heartfelt but also as dark and tangled as the relationships portrayed. The series stars Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Sam Elliott, Isabel May, LaMonica Garrett, Marc Rissmann, Audie Rick, Eric Nelsen and James Landry Hébert. The series is a prequel to Sheridan's series Yellowstone and follows the story of how the Duttons came to own the land that would become the Yellowstone Ranch.

Mindhunter is created by Jon Penhall and stars Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, Anna Torv and Hannah Gross. The series executive produced by David Fincher (who also directed multiple episodes) is set in the late 1970s and follows two FBI agents who expand criminal science by delving into the psychology of murder and getting uneasily close to all-too-real monsters. Gaumont elevision will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Narcos. The album features selections from the original music of the show’s third season composed by Pedro Bromfman (RoboCop, Elite Squad). Also included is Rodrigo Amarante’s main titles theme, as well as tracks by Rodolfo Aicardi, Omara Portuondo and Angel Canales. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 1, and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Lakeshore Records has previously released several a score album and two song albums for Season 1, as well as a soundtrack for Season 2. Season 3 of Narcos created by Chris Brancato, Carlo Bernard & Doug Miro continues after the death of Pablo Escobar and shows the fight of DEA against the Cali Cartel. The new season will premiere this Friday on Netflix.

Brian Tyler (Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Crazy Rich Asians, Iron Man 3) and Breton Vivian (Five Feet Apart, Redeeming Love) have teamed up to score Paramount+ TV series 1923.1923 is an American Western drama television series that premiered on December 18, 2022, on Paramount+. The series is a prequel to the Paramount Network series Yellowstone and serves as a sequel to the series 1883. In February 2023, the series was renewed for a second season. The series is set to run for two seasons with eight episodes each.

Columbia Records has released the original end credits song Love Will Survive from the Peacock/Sky limited series The Tattooist of Auschwitz. The track written by the show’s composers Hans Zimmer & Kara Talve, as well as Walter Afanasieff, with lyrics by Charlie Midnight, produced by Afanasieff & Peter Asher and performed by Barbra Streisand is now available to stream/download on all major digital services, including Amazon. A full soundtrack album featuring Zimmer’s & Kalve’s score from the drama will be announced soon. The Tattooist of Auschwitz is directed by Tali Shalom-Ezer and stars Anna Próchniak, Harvey Keitel, Jonah Hauer-King, Jonas Nay and Melanie Lynskey. The 6-part series will premiere on May 2 on Peacock in the U.S. and on Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK and other European markets.
