From the heart of Havana to the streets of Miami came a cultural phenomenon unlike anything the music industry had ever seen. On Your Feet! is the new Broadway musical that follows the Estefan’s journey to superstardom set to their chart-topping smash hits including “Rhythm is Gonna Get You,” “Conga,” “1-2-3,” “Get On Your Feet,” and a new original song written for the musical by Gloria and her daughter Emily Estefan, “If I Never Get to Tell You.” On Your Feet! was recorded LIVE at the Marquis Theater.

From an open and versatile musical style in genres, jazz, funk and blues, Latin jazz, Argentine music, candombe, bossa nova, samba and African rhythms are mixed in a unique style of guitar and electric guitar playing. It reached an exceptional musical level, like composer and arranger. It was an early child who started playing the guitar at the age of 4 in an autodidact manner; Since then it showed a great natural talent, and at 14 it played with soloists and bands of its city. In recent years the career of Rial has seen her tackle with success music by Bach, Handel, Mozart, Haydn, as well as Pergolesi and much Italian seicento repertoire. This newly-prepared Glossa album turns the clock back to collect together recordings made by the fresh voice of the Catalonian soprano in the years immediately following her studies at the Musik-Akademie in Basel.
