Teve sua estreia no dia 12 de abril de 2010, substituindo Cama de Gato, e é escrita por Elizabeth Jhin com a colaboração de Eliane Garcia, Lilian Garcia, Denise Bandeira e Duba Elia, com pesquisa de texto de Marília Garcia, direção de Pedro Vasconcelos, Roberta Richard e Fábio Strazzer e com direção-geral de Rogério Gomes e Pedro Vasconcelos e direção de núcleo de Rogério Gomes. A novela foi exibida até 24 de setembro de 2010, sendo substituída por Araguaia, de Walther Negrão.

The Brazilian singer Fernanda Cunha is releasing her 8th solo album. Fernanda has 20 years of career and performs at the most prestigious jazz festivals around the world. This album features a colourful repertoire, she is singing songs written by Filó Machado, one of the most creative and talented songwriters of Brazil. She is accompanied by a wonderful quartet: Ze Carlos on guitar, Camilla Dias on piano, Berval Moraes on bass and Helbe Machado on drums. She also sings a track in duo with canadian guitarist Reg Schwager in a beautiful rendition of " Carmens e Consuelos" with lyrics of Aldir Blanc.

The earliest bachata was originally developed in the Dominican Republic around the early part of the 20th century, the genre mixed the pan-Latin American style called bolero with more African elements, combined with other traditional Latin-Caribbean rhythms. During much of its history, Bachata music was denigrated by the Dominican elite and associated with rural underdevelopment and crime. Bachata was considered too vulgar, crude and musically rustic to enter mainstream music.

Outlining a brief Mexican history of the orchestral tuba as a solo instrument is an adventure across unknown territory. There's no local catalog dating the former century to consult and, within existing compositions, we could only find the tuba performing as part of an ensemble. lt is the current century that frames the creation and dissemination of novel repertoire for solo tuba by Mexican composers. This production includes eight works, six of which were especially commissioned for this project.
