In una magnifica foresta canadese, tra felci lussureggianti e cespugli minacciosi, un uomo solo cammina verso il capanno dove la sua famiglia si è rifugiata dopo un blackout generalizzato. Dimenticati i rigori dell’inverno, in una terra diventata di nessuno, la natura si sta riprendendo lo spazio che le compete e muoversi diventa via via più difficile, anche perché sui sentieri battuti imperversano bande di disperati pronti a tutto. In preda alla paura, alla fame e alla sete, l’uomo sta per arrendersi a questa selva oscura quando incontra un ragazzino. Dimostra dodici anni, sembra non avere paura di niente, e si unisce a lui come se lo conoscesse da sempre. Insieme proseguiranno il cammino e, nell’abbraccio di un paesaggio sontuoso e malevolo, sperimenteranno modi inediti per sopravvivere, sperare, e perfino per amare..

By the early 1620s – when Juan Gutiérrez de Padilla migrated from Cádiz to New Spain (modernday Mexico) in search of new horizons as a music director, composer and instrument-maker – the colony was an important and wealthy outpost of the Habsburg Empire, keen to maintain the religious and musical customs of its mother country. The cathedral of the young, thriving city of Puebla de los Ángeles was still a magnificent work in progress, but its music provision could already rival its European counterparts. Padilla stayed there for forty years, composing prolifically right up to his death in 1664, and had at his disposal a sizeable body of men and boys who not only sang but also played instruments – including guitars, sackbut, dulcian, and simple percussion such as the cajón.

Sci-fi fusion trio Consider the Source began in the underbelly of NYC performing improvisational heavy sets soaked in Indian and Middle Eastern styles. Once the band realized they had something truly original they decided to take it on the road leading to 15 years of touring the U.S. in addition to Israel, Germany, Turkey and a trip to India. Their studio catalog has evolved into a wide range of progressive rock, classical, jazz and Eastern European music mixed with many other styles from around the world. The band's sound is always evolving and has led them to constantly chase something new and exciting.

One of Europe’s most extraordinary ruling dynasties, the Hapsburgs ruled greater or lesser portions of Europe from the 11th century until 1918, their heyday coinciding with the supreme musical flourishing of the 16th century. Their rule saw a particular increase during the reign of Maximilian I, secured first by his marriage to Mary of Burgundy in 1477 and then by the union of their son Philip ‘the Handsome’ with Joanna ‘the Mad’ of Castille.
