Gábor's compositions are rooted in the European musical tradition, but they also often wink towards jazz-rock, funk, or fusion music. However, they are always characterized by being emotionally united and offering easy points of connection to the listeners. Gábor is a jazz pianist whose music is influenced by many modern trends. He is mostly active with the formation of two trios, the Hungarian Gábor Csordás trio and the international Swansong trio. The characteristics of his music are harmonic freshness, catchy melodies and unexpected rhythmic solutions.

The debut album Pangea by violinist Lea Brückner combines the idea of expanding and illuminating the musical diversity of classical music. The selection of works takes the listener on a journey through 9 countries, musical styles such as impressionism, minimalism and jazz influences as well as the influence of folklore on composers.

The Gábor Ladányi Trio toured Hungary for the first time in May 2023. At the beginning of April, I contacted Robert Zoltan Hunka, who suggested recording a new album at his studio. Honestly, I hadn't planned on making a new album since we had just released our first one a few months prior. I didn't have enough new songs, but I was thrilled about the opportunity, and the prospect of a new album inspired me.

The album was recorded in SuperSize Recording Studios, Törökbálint, Hungary. Swansong Trio was founded in 2010 in Berlin by Gábor Csordás and Noriaki Hosoya. The first drummer, Andrea Zuliani was replaced by Marty Risemberg in 2016. That was the time when they recorded their self-titled first album “Swansong”. It was released in 2019 on Hunnia Records & Film Production which led to immediate success especially in Japan. The band has toured in Japan in 4 major cities performing the first album. Then the pandemic has cut the follow-up plans short, and the trio waited 3 years for another reunion. In 2022 the trio recorded two albums: “Do Swans Fly?” is their second studio album recorded in SuperSize Studios, and released also on Hunnia Records.

Ter gelegenheid van het 40-jarig bestaan van De Dijk verschijnt deze uitgebreide 24CD-boxset 40 Jaar De Dijk.
De box bevat alle studio albums die de band in die 40 jaar uitbracht, plus de live albums De Dijk Live, Dijkers En Strijkers en het niet eerder op CD verschenen De Dijk In Paradiso 2019. Als extra is de box ook nog inclusief de bonus CD Curiosa met daarop onder meer duetten, live opnames en b-kantjes.
