The solo project of Sam Duckworth, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, entered the musical hemisphere all the way back in 2006 with debut The Chronicles Of A Bohemian Teenager. Delicately formed and honestly played out, it merged together elements of folk, indie, and a political narrative.

Lucy Rose dropped her Something’s Changing (Remixes) album, today. The new album features friends, collaborators, and other musical friends Rose met while touring last year including Chartreuse, JAWS, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Otzeki, Liz Lawrence, and more. Of the project, Rose says “I’ve always loved hearing my songs interpreted by other musicians and I can't stop listening to the remixes on this record.”

Lucy Rose is a singer/songwriter from Warwickshire, England. Originally, Rose played drums in her school orchestra. When that didn't satisfy her creative ambition, she began playing and writing songs on the piano in her parents' house. She later bought a guitar and began to write pastoral, folk-inspired pop music. It wasn't until she left home when she was 18 – after deferring a place at University College of London – that she shared her material with anybody. Her fragile, emotive songs soon drew comparisons to Laura Marling, with whom she shares influences such as Joni Mitchell and Neil Young.
