Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band, The Gordian Knot

Violinist Jeremy Cohen reimagines the music of Raymond Scott on a new, full-length collaboration between the Quartet San Francisco, Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band and the legendary a cappella group, Take 6.

The Gordian Knot is the 1968 debut album by The Gordian Knot. Released on Verve Records, they only recorded one album before splitting up. Only one single was released as a promotional item, "If Only I Could Fly." Band member Jim Weatherly went on to a more successful solo career. This is taken from a 2007 CD reissue on Rev-Ola.
